CHEP are performing a global upgrade of their SAP system beginning on Friday 14th October 2011. Portfolio+Plus and their other systems are scheduled to be back online by Monday 17th October.

We have spoken to CHEP in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and the UK. They have confirmed there are no changes to either the export or import file formats in any region, so the SAP upgrade will have no impact on 2ic users.
