Version 2.36, released 4-Oct-2005
1. Movements form: Email notifications added. Entered movements have the trading partners checked to see if they are flagged for receiving an email notification of movements involving them. If they are (ie, have an email address with Notify ticked, and the email notifications ticked in the Movements Customise form for the transaction type), then Email Sending T.P. or Email Receiving T.P. is ticked and the movement is included the next time Email All Notifications is ticked. More options in the Movements Customise form, including sending emails immediately and silently (Straight to the Outbox). Sets up 2ic Pallets as a replacement for the CHEPCard system. Also allows transport company slaves to notify each other if exchange pallets have been delivered direct to someone else's customer - so the local depot knows to collect the empty pallets. Note that multiple email addresses can be specified for a trading partner using ";" to separate them in the Email field. Email group names (setup in your email software address book) can also be used in these fields.
2. Movements form: System set up to prevent pre-raised transfers being exported to CHEP/Loscam, eg. for deliveries to grocery DC's that require a docket, before raising their own docket using the same details. Complete is unticked for these T.P.Accounts so keyed movements are then incomplete and subsequently not exported. When the DC-raised docket is received, the docket number is updated and Complete is automatically ticked, so the Transfer Off is included in the next export batch.
3. Movements form: Reverse matching added. When a movement is keyed, the Imported Movements is searched for a matching record and it is flagged as 'Reverse Matched', so it is easily reconciled when next in the Imported Movements. Fields to match on are selected in the Movements Customise form, as well as options to popup the Match Options form immediately or do it silently.
4. Imported Movements form: Import Codes field added to identify why each record was imported. Double-clicking on the field lists the full description of the codes.
5. Imported Movements form: "OLD" import code added to identify Transfer On movements on the bill that are more than 90 days old (these trading terms are customisable). Brings old dockets to the attention of the pallet controller to enable rejecting or changing the effective date.
6. Docket report: Various new formats added; with & without locations, multiple equipment items on the same docket - set options in the Movements Customise form. Date/time stamp added to printed dockets. Printing dockets enabled from the Imported Movements form.
7. Trading Partners form: Specifying a range of docket numbers set up for Supplier trading partners. Enables slave data files to be set up with different ranges. Warnings added to the Movements form when there are 100, 50, 20, etc. docket numbers left before running out.
8. Sessions form: Session number ranges set up (Sessions Customise form) to allow slaves to have unique session numbers. This enables centralised filing, when filing paper dockets by session number.
