Version 2.72, released 4-Sep-2007

1. 'Logipal-link' and 'LPR-link' modules added to enable exporting data to IPP Logipal and LPR in their standard file formats.

2. Licence requirement removed for CHEP-link, Loscam-link and CEVA-link modules. All are now available to everyone. All modules are installed by default.

3. CEVA Logistics (Australia) importing enabled using 'own' trading partner codes.

4. Some general improvements for to make it work better with the CHEP UK system.

5. 'CHEP Global Format' (CGF) exports and 'Global Transaction Listing' (GTL) imports set up for operating with own customer codes, CHEP global ID's, or a combination of both. A combination of own codes, global ID's and old CHEP account numbers is also acceptable. This allows gradual replacement of old account numbers with global ID's, and gradually adding global ID's if you have been operating with your own customer codes. Note that data can still be imported from a WMS, for example, using own customer codes, then exported to CHEP using global ID's. Own equipment codes can also be used throughout. All of this is facilitated by settings in the Movements Customise form (Docket Settings tab) and Export Data Customise form (CHEP Global tab).

6. Email notifications of new accounts and new equipment items for sending details to suppliers. IPP Logipal, LPR, CEVA Logistics and CHEP (outside of Australia) allow you to operate using own customer & equipment codes, and these notification emails to them help with maintaining their 'translation tables'.

7. Docket reports: Con Note field added. Optional setting in the Movements Customise form. Requested by Joanne Bowen @ Cadbury.

8. Movements form: Option added to 'complete' movements silently (without displaying a popup message each time). Requested by Carolyn McPherson @ Harris-Robinvale Transport.

9. Movements form: Warning for non-standard Action added. Optional setting in the Movements Customise form. Requested by Veronica Ziola @ Linfox.

10. Trading Partners form: Report Name allowed for Locations & Suppliers. These are printed on docket reports instead of the trading partner name. Using a supplier Report Name allows shortening the supplier name so it displays better with account numbers in trading partner drop-down lists (in the Movements form), eg. shortening "Loscam" to "L" means "123456 Loscam : ABC Transport" becomes "123456 L : ABC Transport", and this helps if displaying account numbers instead of names in the Movements form. Specifying report name "Loscam" means dockets still print correctly. Requested by Jane Moraghan @ Woolworths.

11. Movements form: Option added to the Movements Customise form to select between the CPC-style docket and regular 2ic docket formats for CPC equipment movements.

12. Import Data form: More control over importing trading partners with regard to which records are added and which are updated.

13. Trading Partners form: Importing single 3rd Party TPs is allowed even if the logged in user does not have TP add/update permissions. Requested by Ted Robl @ Pure Logistics, Craig Bourke @ Pallet Loss Prevention.

14. Import Data form: Importing from CHEP's BlueTrack set up. Trading partners are imported from 'Alphabetical Listing' reports, initial movements are imported from 'Master Control Cards' reports and 'MDL' files can be imported as 'slave' movements. Requested by CHEP UK, Tony Hill @ Baylis Logistics.

15. Import Data form: Loscam Online downloads can now be imported as a 'bill' file. Specify the 'Invoice Number' when doing a document search on Loscam Online, view the query output in Excel, save the CSV file and import it as a 'bill' when 2ic gives you the option. This avoids having to import mark-off files. Requested by Loscam users everywhere.

16. Docket Reports: Email address for printing on dockets moved from the Trading Partners form to the Movements Customise form and used for all dockets rather than specific suppliers.

17. Trading Partners form: ISO country codes added to the 'Country' drop-down list and address field titles generalised, eg. 'State' becomes 'State/Prov/County'.

18. Export Data form: CHEP Australia exports made ready for CHEP's switch to SAP in Feb-08. Note this export format will not be activated until CHEP Australia have a confirmed date for their system upgrade. Other general modifications have also been made in preparation for new CHEP system.
